Mr. Ryan Fennick brings vast clinical knowledge, exceptional customer service and leadership skills to his current role as Infusion Pharmacy Director. His responsibilities include developing relationships internally and externally, quality assurance, ensuring all staff engages in exceptional customer service, workflow optimization, clinical monitoring and recommendations, and staying on top of industry trends to promote business growth and development, among other duties.
Prior to joining Express Med he started and was a Pharmacy Manager for a local, independent pharmacy. Mr. Fennick also brings with him experience with the long term care industry as well as being certified as a geriatric pharmacist (CGP). Mr. Fennick earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy in Morgantown, WV and values being a member of the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA).
Client Services Manager
Ms. Shockley has over 22 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. She has over 13 years of experience in Account Management in the PBM environment. Prior to joining the Express Med team in September 2011, Ms. Shockley held an Account Management position with EnvisionRxOptions for 3 ½ years. She managed approximately 22 clients during her years with EnvisionRxOptions, including a large manufacturing company that employed over 10,000 members. She also managed numerous union groups during that time as well. Her responsibilities there included, but were not limited to, managing client implementations, coordinating day to day operations of many clients, assisting pharmacists/pharmacies with the adjudication of claims and suggesting benefit plan designs that could enhance client profitability. Ms. Shockley also planned and participated in quarterly client reviews, providing reporting information beneficial to clients to assist them with future business strategies.
Clinical Coordinator - Home Infusion
Karen Bickmeier is the clinical nurse coordinator and educator for Express Med Pharmaceutical Infusion Division / Secondary Branch office in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Her role is to transition patients to home and assists surrounding agencies in educating nurses to properly deliver Intravenous Therapy safely and accurately. Ms. Bickmeier reviews and implements all educational tools for patient use. She is supportive to agencies in keeping up to date information on all aspects of home infusion care.
Ms. Bickmeier joined Express Med Infusion in 2008. She is highly skilled with over 23 years experience in Intravenous and Home Infusion Therapy. Her educational background consists of an Associate Degree from West Virginia Northern Community College in Nursing and professional CRNI. Her previous experience as charge nurse with InHome Infusion has enabled her to apply this to her present position with Express Med with nursing standards and CPR+ programs. Ms. Bickmeier is self motivated and constantly challenges herself with improving and developing new ideas to keep Express Med Infusion at being innovative and updated to CHAP accreditation standards.
Clinical Coordinator - Home Infusion
Shola Mazgaj is one of the Clinical Care Coordinators for ExpressMed Home Infusion Services. Ms. Mazgaj works closely with the Infusion Team, and with case managers from various hospitals. She also works closely with home health agencies and physician offices to initiate and manage patient care. Ms. Mazgaj joined the Infusion Team in 2008 after the closing InHome Infusion at EORH.
Ms. Mazgaj has 22 years of nursing experience working in various hospital settings such as ICU and Labor & Delivery. She has also worked in home health and home infusion. Ms. Mazgaj obtained her RN at West Virginia Northern , and Masters of Health Services Administration at Ohio University. Ms. Mazgaj is a current member of INS.
Director of DME/HME

Tammy Stefanski joined the Express Med management team in 2001. She came with over 18 years of experience in the dme/hme industry. As a hands on manager, she performs and oversees all of the DME department's day to day operations.
Prior to joining Express Med she was employed by Lanza Medical, where she gained much of her knowledge in sales, purchasing, billing, quality assurance, and customer relations.
Director of Financial Operations

Mr. Wilt serves as the Director of Financial Operations for Express Med Pharmacy Services. He joined the management teamAfter graduating from West Virginia University in July of 2008. As the Director of Financial Operations he is responsible for providing leadership and enforcing company financial operations policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include preparing division analysis and providing recommendations for revenue maximization, expenditure controls, and budget management functions.
Mr. Wilt earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, with minors in Communication Studies, Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, from West Virginia University.
Mr. Wilt believes in giving back to the community and does so by continuing to volunteer locally with the American Heart Association and other nonprofit groups.

Mr. Jeffrey J. Liberati
Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Liberati serves as President and CEO of Express Med Pharmacy Services, where he is responsible for providing leadership, management, and guidance to increase revenue in the competitive pharmaceutical environment, developing operational strategies, and identifying new and emerging niche market opportunities in the health care market. Additionally, he has been Vice President of sister company Progressive Home Health Inc. since 1995, where he manages the fiscal responsibilities, develops and implements cost containment mechanisms, reports and tracks budgetary matters to the administrator, and assesses new technological innovations.
Mr. Liberati is well-versed in staff management, strategic planning, fiscal and project management, business expansion/startup, and organizational and e-commerce development. He earned a Masters of Public Management Degree with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science with a concentration in International Finance and Informational Systems from Duquesne University.
Mr. Liberati has remained active in serving as a volunteer in both local and national charitable organizations throughout the last decade.
Mr. Eric Danielson
Chief Financial Officer
Eric Danielson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), for Express Med Pharmacy Services. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Danielson plans, directs, monitors, coordinates, interprets and administers all functional activities and policies related to finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, provider reimbursement fees, insurance and financial analysis. Other responsibilities include serving on the Company’s strategic growth planning board and serves as Chairman of the Company’s activities committee.
Mr. Danielson has over 20 years’ financial experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Express Med in 2006, Mr. Danielson served as CFO of a multi-agency nonprofit organization in Youngstown, Ohio, where he directed all agency financial activities including financial oversight of a 72 bed skilled nursing facility. Other previous positions include Director of Finance for Dynacare/Allegheny Laboratories, CFO of the Lawrence County Home for the Aged, Controller for Jefferson Hills Manor Nursing Facility, and Senior Accountant at Carbis Walker & Associates, LLP.
Mr. Danielson is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Joseph A. Marasco, RPh
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Marasco has been with Express Med Pharmacy Services since 1998, when he began as Director of Pharmacy Operations. His numerous responsibilities included developing long-term care and mail order workflow to improve efficiency and quality assurance; created a clinical pharmacy program for a 600-bed skilled nursing facility; recommended appropriate drug therapy to physicians, monitored therapy per protocol, and initiated formulary substitutions; compounded prescriptions, prepared intravenous medications, and performed order entry; and managed ancillary staff in fulfilling more than 700 prescriptions per day, among other duties.
In his current role as COO, Mr. Marasco oversees all pharmacy department operations, such as billing and accounts receivable, dispensing and fulfillment, data entry, DME/HME, infusion, purchasing and returns, delivery, shipping, and receiving.
Prior to joining Express Med, he was a Pharmacy Manager for Eckerd Drug. Mr. Marasco earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Duquesne University and serves as a Board Member of the Mental Health Association of Beaver County.
Mr. Brian Chileski
Senior Vice President
Mr. Chileski brings more than 14 years of leadership in sales, marketing, and management in the health care and financial industries. Mr. Chileski began his career as a Retail Pharmacist with Giant Foods before joining a start-up institutional pharmacy provider. Mr. Chileski used his comprehensive knowledge to help form Express Med in 1998. He went on to expand his sales, marketing, and management background with positions within the pharmaceutical arena.
After almost seven successful years with two Fortune 500 Corporations, Mr. Chileski transitioned to a permanent position with Express Med. Mr. Chileski has been influential in diversifying the Company into other areas.
Mr. Jacob Mortimer
Chief Information Officer
Jacob Mortimer is Express Med Pharmacy Services' Chief Information Officer (CIO). His information technology career includes nearly a decade in senior roles both in the financial services and healthcare industries.
Mr. Mortimer’s experience includes applications development, infrastructure management, telecommunications, program office management, security and privacy oversight, and information support management. He has been accountable for internally and externally managed and hosted application and infrastructure services.
As CIO for Express Med, Mr. Mortimer is accountable for applications and infrastructure supporting all business functions, including clinical management systems, point of care systems, data-mining and reporting systems, security services, networks, as well as all servers and data centers. Current priorities include product development support, advancement and research projects, cyber-infrastructure, virtualization, project management practice implementation, increase in revenue through market expansion and horizontal resource management, and application optimization.
Mr. Mortimer earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and Technology, with a focus on Systems Development, from the Pennsylvania State University.
